The Sincura Group is a UK luxury concierge and lifestyle management company with offices around the world. Its members use the Sincura app to send concierge requests, talk to their personal lifestyle manager, and discover offers, events, and news, at any time of day.
mile.dev has been responsible for the app since April 2025. We took over two separate native apps, one for iOS and one for Android, kept them running for members, and then rebuilt them as a single cross-platform mobile app.

This meant:

The new Sincura app is a single Flutter codebase for iOS and Android, rewritten with AI-assisted development in about a month. Senior engineers analysed the native apps screen by screen, planned the new structure, and reviewed every change, so members kept everything they rely on while the code shrank to about a quarter of its former size.
The app works with Sincura's existing backend, and a session migration keeps existing Android members signed in after the update.

The Flutter app went into open testing in July 2026 and was released in August 2026. iOS and Android now run on the same Flutter core, so every new feature and fix is built once and ships to both platforms.
The smaller codebase is easier to test, faster to change, and simpler to adapt for partner versions. mile.dev continues to develop and maintain the app for The Sincura Group.
Sincura needs the same features on iOS and Android, in four languages, with branded versions for partners. In two native codebases, each of those multiplied the work: every screen, fix, and translation was done twice, and again for each partner build. With Flutter app development, one team builds a screen once, tests it once, and releases it to both stores.
Flutter was also the right target for an AI-assisted rewrite. The native apps served as a clear specification for every screen, and with one codebase instead of two, the senior engineers reviewing the work had a single structure to check and keep consistent.
